I am trying to merge two files whose sizes are 1.15GB and 24 KB respectively. [Don't ask why, it's just a thing we do ]

As an output from Meld, we get a 1KB file.

Is it a known problem ?
Is there a limit on file sizes ?
Do we have a solution for that ?

No, there are no limits on size. I'd have to see your files to see what the issue is. If you'd like to arrange to FTP a large file so we can test, contact support@fytek.com and we can work with you on that.

I've made some changes to the software that should help. I was able to merge the 1Gb PDF sent to support with another PDF.
