Cannot establish a connection on port 7000

Hello,
I am running this on a PC with vista OS.

I seem to be having problems with your program PDF File Save 2. I have downloaded the program, it opens properly but when you click open to load a PDF, internet explorer cannot display the webpage comes up( this is after I have hit the allow button). also, if you hit diagnose connection problem the following message is displayed;
127.0.0.1 is not setup to establish a connection on port 7000 with this computer.
Please help me with this.

Try making the following change to your hosts file (be sure to save a copy before making changes):
Check the file C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts to see if it contains this line:
::1 localhost

If so, try adding this above it (if not already there)
127.0.0.1 localhost

Save the file and try again.
