Without a subscription or server license, the single user commercial version of the PDF software products below display a pop-up when they are ran.

The difference between these options is a server license allows you to run the software on a single computer as long as you want for a one-time fee (depending on the product and usage this price starts around $500 USD).
A subscription allows you to run the software on a single computer while you are subscribed to the service without any large up-front costs or long-term commitments.

What is the benefit to a software subscription?
With a subscription you pay only for the time you are using the software instead of buying a copy for a larger up-front amount.
In addition, a subscription activates the software in server mode so there are no pop-ups.
This means you can use it on a webserver or in batch mode unattended.
What do I need to purchase?
Only a subscription for the product(s) above for each computer that will run the software.
There is no need to buy a copy of the software first.
The subscription works with the free demo version of the products above.
Simply sign up and download the appropriate demo by going to the product page and downloading the demo for your operating system.
Can I test it first?
Yes. The instructions page has information on a test key you can use to try it out with before you sign up.
We recommend you do this to be sure the software will work as you expect in your environment before you subscribe.
Do I need a separate subscription for different operating systems?
No. Your subscription covers all available operating systems for the product.

Is there a minimum subscription period?
No. Monthly subscriptions run month-to-month, annual subscription renew each year.
You may cancel anytime and continue to use the product for the duration of your time if you cancel as we do not issue refunds for partial months/years.

Can I use a single subscription on multiple computers?
No. Each computer running the software will need its own subscription.
If you have a webserver running the software, that's one computer running the software so only one subscription is needed.
On a central Windows server where each user runs the software locally, each local computer would need a separate license in that case.
